For years I have fried, smoked, cooked in a barrel,micro-waved, grilled, any way you can imagine to cook a turkey. This year I brined it before cooking it in a 'BIG EASY' cooker, and everyone said it was the best of the 3 we fixed. Brining is good, I think.
