| I made the mistake of telling my wife I could grill the turkey, she jumped at the chance of freeing up the oven. We are having Thanksgiving at the winery so grilling will work good.
We have a Louisiana pellet grill and I have plenty of pellets.
I have read that a smaller bird is easier to grill, problem is Diane bought a 21 pounder.
We did brine the bird. How long to grill and at what temp.
Hopefully you can help me make Thanksgiving a success.
