N FLA | If you understand that you likely will not cash flow land debt + cattle debt + production costs and are comfortable with that. You also run the risk of your ratios not working out and not getting financing for future loans to buy cattle/equipment/feed/etc. Especially troublesome if cattle prices drop to say levels of 3 years ago.
