Jonesville, Mi
You should be able to get close to 500 gpm out of a 8" well depending on your water level. I have 2- 8" wells and three 12". One 8" is a 30 hp pump and I believes it's like 375-400 gpm. My other 8" is a 40hp and it's like 480-490 gpm I believe. 2 of my 12"ones are 40 hp and pumping 675 gpm and one is a 50 hp and it's running 920 gpm. All of these wells are between 125-150 ft deep and the water level is around 35-45 feet from ground level which will make a huge difference if yours is a lot deeper. I believe my pumps are only 60-70' deep which can change the gpm quickly if yours need to be deeper.

October 2013 I had a test well drilled and tested, 12" well 140' drilled with 50-60' of casing, 50 hp motor and pump with the plastic drop pipe installed for $25k
