I have been having problems with dropped calls with Verison. It seems that if I spend four hours on the phone it may improve for a while. Neighbors are in the same situation. Very frustrating. Spent an hour today in a verison store. I got a new sim card. I have had the phone examined before. No problem with the phone. Maybe it was the sim card. I won't get my hopes up. For me it is a safety tool. I would hate to need emergency attention and have the call dropped. If you are on facebook, check out their Ads and the comments they receive.
