| All I've got with them is a single phone contract and haven't had much trouble. I've only had to call a couple times, once about attempting to renew a couple months early because my phone was crapping the bed (which out worked great and only paid a $30 charge) and recently when I changed plans from unlimited to 1 gig their system had a little snafu about allocating me bandwidth under my old contract for the first half of the month.
Early indications were that I was going to be charged $15 for their system error. I had a little trouble explaining the problem to the operator and ultimately her manager made sense of it; they agreed credit me the charge once my bill was issued. Come to find out, the billing system charged it correctly; it was just the website that wasn't working correctly. I never bothered to call back to collect the credit since it wasn't needed.
So, after being with them since they bought out Alltel, I've been pretty happy. | |
