Do you need both flow control valves? Those things make a lot of heat.

Verify the oil is getting warm.

Make sure you hose is adequately sized.

Remove all unnecessary restrictions.

How large is reservoir?

You could always add a cooler with a fan but those are a lot of maintenance on a silage truck. I'm guessing it's taking you awhile to unload due to the front unload and overheating issue.
