if its all outside what do you do to keep the rain from carrying manure with it as it runs away leading to manure in the " waters of the state "
if manure runs off here and you get that visit from the ones in charge, that ""whole lotta money"" you talk about will be gone and you will still have to cover that lot .
what is your location that leads you to want to build it all outside ?
