Ontario's West Coast , Huron County | You are both right and wrong . I would say that most absentee land owners don't care and just want a return on investment and as much as they can get .
Many land owners do care about their land . Many who rent land will say what ever it takes to get the land in the first place then do what they want with it in the end . Many renters feel it is better to ask for forgiveness after than to do what is right the first time .
There are renters and land lords on both sides , hence why I say you are right and wrong . |
