A landlord is no different than a tenant. The tenant wants to sell his corn for the highest price possible. Sometimes it takes more risk to get that like selling to a feedyard that may not have a dealers license. The landlord has a commodity that he wants to get the most he can for it. Remember, if you own some land, you will be on the other side of the fence someday.
