north-central Indiana west of Fulton | My guess the most important figures to most landlords, maybe not all, is what the highest cash rent paid that they have heard about. All other cost figures go in one ear and out the other. Tenants income numbers are always nothing more than guesses since the markets can change dramatically in 12 months let alone 36 if it is a multiple-year contract. If a farmer isn't conservative in projection numbers ....good chance he will be farming for fun. At least he gets to say he farms xx number of acres ! |
