Very good post, Loran.  I can really feel what you are saying.

How can you explain to others what you see and do when they are not up to speed with you?

I am an ag educator by profession and I fail.  I even have difficulty talking to my own son who sees it but I cannot explain it all to him.

Maybe I am not up to speed with myself.  There is so much qualitative information compared to quantative and I cannot explain it though it is obvious to me.

I just can't give you numbers to explain it.
