I know! I remember when the 6.9 came out and man- did that seem like the best thing ever. I remember as a kid riding along hauling a load of cattle up to Canada and thinking that it had more power than anyone could ever use. A 6.9!!!
Everything is relative and how we feel about whatever we have now has lot to do with what we came from. And that applies to pretty much everything.
What is our obsession with fuel mileage?
