Subject: RE: What is our obsession with fuel mileage?

i think a cold air would pay for itself over the life of the truck. i think i get an extra .5 mpg from it or so. i lost about a full mpg when i put 10 ply tires and a 2" level in the front of my truck but the tires were a necessity because i ruined 3 of the stock 4 plys within the first month i owned it. the biggest factor in fuel mileage is how you drive it. if i keep it on the 2k diet and run 55 on the highway i get 13-14. if i drive it like a bat out of hell i get 11-12 or less
