McLeod County, MN | I dont pay close enough attention, but I am pretty sure that last year the basis did the work here. This year the futures are doing most of the work. Cash is pretty close to what it was last year if I remember correctly. Most farmers I know only care about the cash.

I just looked. I sold some beans here last year on 4/18 for 14.40. I am not looking for the slips, but pretty sure it was + basis. Sold the rest in early June for 15.25. Shoulda sold them off the field for 16+ cash price and differed the check.
