How is the breakdown of the bean basis when the rail problems of the Dakotas and Minnesota are factored in? There seems to be a major disconnect between the southern and eastern cornbelt vs. the northwestern. Very strong basis (+0.35 processors +0.16 exporters) in this part of the world when compared to normal.
