Eastern VA. No such thing as too many Magnums.
About 40% of ours is Pamunkey fine sandy loam. It's the best we have. Then we have Tetotum loam. Still pretty decent. Unfortunately we have a lot of Bojac sand. It doesn't have much guts, but you can still work after a LOT of rain. haha.
