SE Iowa | I've wondered similar things as far as nitrogen release timing from grasses....one thing to consider in your question though is that the nitrogen in the rye isn't going to be the nitrogen fixed by the vetch as that nitrogen will be in the nodules and forage of the vetch...as far as the timeline of release from the vetch in a no till situation - I have not heard that addressed..... | |
