Red River Valley		My dad hasn't been on the farm for about 3 years. I remember his last day out here, I had to push him up into a Versatile tractor. (Old man legs don't work anymore) Neighbor asked, If I wasn't afraid he would die out there? Only thing I could respond with was, At least he would be happy doing what he loved, and the machinery is insured.
I remember when we were a GOOD team, the last few years with him were, "Just a random act of farming."
When things were going well (before radios and cell phones) We could go a whole day and not speak to each other because we could communicate by just pointing at something and we knew what each other was thinking.
(We knew what the job of the day was and , boom it was done,)
Towards the end he started wandering off and I could get so pissed.
When you start getting ticked off just try to remember the good team years.
