The irrigation people say we could use some liquid N to kill any growth in the tiles plus the reverse flow in wet season would flush them out . Not sure about that but that's what they say. Tile would be laid in patterns according to elevation with a drop box at every (I think .8 ft.) It's a shot in the dark but just the drainage should make a world of difference.
