Although I do not necessarily think he should get alot of jail time, I very strongly disagree with his sentance. Manditory church time is a completly unacceptable an unconstitutional sentance. Period!
You would rather he spend 10 years locked behind bars?
DUI really is unacceptable!!!! Taking another life through negligence / stupidity puts you at the mercy of others. I hope all agreeing parties tell the ALCU where to stick their opinion!!!
I've got to agree that the church time doesn't equate to the right reason to be in church but if the church does what the church is supposed to do he can't help but be better off for it whether "church " takes in his life or not.
"You can lead a horse to water yadaa yadaa ...........If he dies of dehydration then hes just plain stupid!!!! At least someone tried.
