I like it. Shows some common sense to me. It's too bad more judges don't think or attempt to do the same thing. Young kid made a mistake. Really wouldn't do him much good to place him in jail. That would just be punishment and he could come out of prison worse off than he is now. At least this way he has a chance to better himself.
Good to see both side agreed to this also.
So what is people's thoughts on this judge..............
