| I definitely think that it is not something he should have been thrown in jail for but I don't agree with the sentence. For one the judge even acknowledges in the article that it wouldn't hold up to a legal challenge so why even give that sentence if it is against the law? Seems strange since the judge is supposed to be upholdng the law. I don't have a problem with religion in general as long as it's a personal choice and not imposed on anyone by the government. | |
