central mich | I should say that you can purchase a complete unit in a NEMA 3R cabinet which would include breaker in front of the VFD to protect it and thus it would be service entrance rated. These units may be provided with fans, heat sink, lighning arrestor, space heater, and some other features.
These pre-packaged units are quite a bit more expensive.
So it just depends on exactly what you are getting for your money. | |
