The problem with some parts guys is they assume things instead of shutting up and listening also some dont check for serial number breaks. We were 5 days and 5 trips to our cat dealer for a hydralic valve for our D6R and the 3rd trip I showed the guy the part in my hand and on the computer and he still ordered the wrong part. On the other hand their are also good guys who can rattle the part numbers off the top of their heads and always can find what you are talking about and get it right the first time because they listen and get a book out instead of relying on the computer when need be. It is what it is tho and I just bypass the bad parts guys whenever possible.
