Kubota's are good, but they tend to be a little light per horsepower. I would probably add two sets of wheel weights. Since you are having a problem, one set may not be enough. The weights will also help a lot with the loader, for pushing into a pile and stability when lifting high. We have a JD5300, also light for it's horsepower, and have fluid and cast weights too. If the front end is too light with the loader off, I would put it back on, with the bucket off. Having the bucket off the loader will not take weight off the rear axle.

I took off the loader when I got home today (10 minutes). Really makes a difference in how the tractor sits. I haven't had it off the tractor in 4 or 5 years. Actually had to get out my book to remember how to do it. I also ordered one set of weights. They will ship on Monday. It should be dry enough by Sunday afternoon to see how it will do with the loader and no weights. The weights should be here by Wednesday of next week.

Thanks for all the replies.

Chris
