roaming | what is an em3 file? In 15 years of heavy Windows use, I have never heard of this file extension. Is it a media format of some sort? A quick Google search didn't turn up much to indicate that it is a widely used file type.
And there are certainly Android apps that can play WMV files. RockPlayerBase and arcMedia are two for starters. And with Android you're not limited to apps from the "official" app store. You can (without "jailbreaking" ("rooting") your phone) install apps from other sources. Granted, there is risk to this, but it's the tradeoff you make when you choose flexibility over tight integration. | |
