The interface is USB. The external drive has no power cord associated with it. I cannot get it to connect to any computer now. I have tried 2 other PCs on XP and the original one, plus the Vista and 7 PC, a total of five. I think this thing died. Sounds like I'll need to send it in. I'm not too impressed with them so far, products or tech support.
