We have a small herd of South Poll cattle which are a composite breed of Hereford, Red Angus Senepol and Barzona that was started by Teddy Gentry of Alabama fame. When he picked his foundation animals he looked for smaller animals within those breeds. You might look into them if that is the direction {meat sales} you are going. Other than that about any breed will do, you can lose money in any color Ben. | |
