The US farm policy is the only government program that has maintained its goals. It's original goals were to make food in the US as cheap as possible so we do not face a shortage of food in the US an and face starvation. For income earned is the US we have one of the cheapest food supplies in the World.

So they need to be asked where in the world is there as much food for so low of cost to the economy? Also add, without commercial fertilizer the whole world would be starving.

How does our healthcare system costs align with this? Cheap food = expensive healthcare?

I'm not in a 100% agreement with what RFK is saying, but on the other hand I can't say I don't think "gee, there must be a better way" as my lips turn numb dumping neonic treated seed corn in the planter or I have a burndown mixture running down my arm while I am changing a sprayer pump on the Patriot.

After working for a corporate AG company for 12 years I wouldn't put it past them that's what best for their investors may not be what's best for your health.
