Where do you come up with these crazy ideas? Most of our ditches are dry. DRY , and it is March, should be muddy or saturated. We are forecast to receive 3-4 tenths. Iā€™m guessing we are still 3-4-5 inches behind. With timely rains we can raise good crops. But this spring is drier than last year.
