These re-model,addition,repairs on old houses end up costing as much as a new house and you have a lot of labor in yearing apart what is there ,trades hate plumbing/wiring old houes,hard too insulate properly..........I realize you have other reason's for wanting to keep present house and my wife & I both love a nice re-modeled old farm home,just be aware in the end your costs may exceed new build
Question for those who have remodeled or added additions to old farmhouses.
