The utility room will has washer, dryer, basin sink, water heater, furnace, and indoor wood furnace add-on. It will have an exterior door and an interior door.
The house (old part and additions) is currently on a very narrow crawl space. I can’t daylight drain a basement so I’m not even considering one. With our water table, basements with sump pumps are asking for trouble.
Question for those who have remodeled or added additions to old farmhouses.
