South of Springfield IL | My right knee is causing me a lot of discomfort. I’m driving a semi this winter and the getting in and out of the truck is really making my knee hurt more. Does anyone have any idea what I could take like an herb or supplement to help. My steps getting into and out of the cab are the kind that are on a 100 gallon fuel tank. Wish I had steps that aren’t so straight up and down, but more like stair steps. I remember an old farmer that was down in the knees, he had 8” block of wood with a rope tied to it. He would use that to help climb up and down. I can’t really invision this working on a semi. Please help if you have any ideas. | |
