I agree that we are way ahead of schedule. Our corn is for sure a week ahead of normal years, but it looks more like 2 weeks ahead. We were looking pretty good here until the last couple of weeks. We haven't gotten any rain and the corn that looked pretty good a while back is now burnt up pretty bad. We are obviously a small area in the scheme of things. Our irrigated corn still looks pretty good, but our dryland will be pretty marginal if we don't get rain for another week. Even with rain, our averages are already going to be down pretty good. We will see I guess.
