Douglass Kansas | This might be possible but there is a shallow gas line along road. Hedge row along property line would be the best spot for me to do this. Then this water would run along neighbors field and might run over his driveway if his culvert can not handle the extra flow.
Seems like best way to reduce runoff from this site would be to put gutters on the grain bins and put water in tank that could be used for spraying, I doubt this would change the neighbors mind on his damn.
