If it's at a grain bin site, it has to be close to the road. Can you reshape your ground enough to get the water to flow to the grader ditch at the road? Or tile and surface inlet it? Might not want to push this too far up the line. Could get some goofy water nut who thinks you should have done a bunch of extra work to mitigate the bin site runoff in a very expensive way.
