I’m sorry, it has been my eating expirerence over and over! Now it maybe how it’s processed, what facility it’s raised in, or the breed. But in general store bought pork is awful, even if cooked perfectly! I am your customer and I’m voicing my opinion! I can not find pork that tastes and eats like the pork from our local locker and raised like 50 years ago. Have I had a bad steak, absolutely......got one now in my freezer that the ribeyes are so tough I make Chislic out of it, but I knew it could be tough as it was a limp legger that I saved and hand fed in the corral to finish. My goodness guys I’m not saying your bad producers or that pork is bad.....I love pork, especially bacon (oh that stuff is inedible if bought in the store). I think “progress” has changed your product.....after all what’s the difference when it’s ground up, seasoned and put on a pizza!
