| Mikado, let me make myself and my opinion more clear. I still really enjoy pork as it is produced today. But to say it is as flavorful as a Berkshire fed the old fashioned way is a stretch. I'm not going to buy a new Belarus tractor and claim it's just as good as a John Deere. I used to raise a lot of hogs in my early days, and quite frankly really miss it, and the old fashioned way I went about it. Progress passed me by I guess.
