| I'm back!! After 3 weeks of holidaying, travelling and visiting friends it's time to stop living out of the suitcase. We ate too much, had happy hour everyday, but tried hard to keep the activity level up. End result is 223 today. So that's up a little, but could have been way worse without the daily long walks. Back to work, back to normal and I'll try to get back on track. Sorry about your knee. It's a bummer when you can't do what you need and want to. Have a good week everyone. | |
