That 'what is your bottom dollar' thing is a real pet peeve of mine as well
99% of the time it is from guys that don't have the money or are just a tire kicker.
I tell them I don't have a bottom dollar. I sometimes asks what there hard offer is? Typically silence or 'I would have to look at it'. OK. Come look. I don't haggle until you are here in my yard.
If guys ask that from a text, I usually don't bother to respond any more.
