That's a pet peeve of mine also. What's happened to good ol negotiating? And I'm only 30.
I usually reply by saying "what's your top dollar"
Or I won't negotiate unless in person
I've found it's best to list stuff 10% at least above what you want. That way you catch someone who wants it bad and just takes it, or you get the typical buyer who isn't happy unless he can negotiate some
