Rented ground over those same six years returned 40% to 50 % return. Hence the rent spiral. My question is about write offs and bankruptcy. If you file bankruptcy does the NOL disappear. Also if your loan at bank is a loss at bankruptcy does the bank write off the note from their business also effectively double dipping the IRS? Just wondering about Donald.
