Sounds like the system may not be responding like it should. If you could post a screenshot of the downforce map and the applied downforce map in the same field, I could help you from there. Had something kinda similar this spring, had a customer with DF who could not get below 100 lbs of margin and the system was calling for the full 150 lbs of lift. Did some checking of some pressures and narrowed it down to a plugged tip on the return line going to the tractor.
