HTA's should provide some flexibility, its why you do them. I wouldn't do a HTA with anyone that wouldn't let me roll or with anyone that would only aloow me to price into one of their facilitys.

Example, I wouldn't want to have my HTA with a ethanol plant that only let me price into their ethanol plant. You would be better off doing the HTA with an elevator that lets you price into the feed mill if they are best, or maybe the ethanol plant down the road if they are better or maybe that other ethanol plant, or that other ethanol plant, or the river, or the sugar maker down south. You pay the fee on HTA's to have some freedom and flexibility to set basis at the best spot. Both on delivery location, and delivery time (allowing you to roll).
