North Central Illinois | The trouble is you don't need a record crop to keep supplies burdensome. If acreage is at 92 million the chances of a 13 billion bushel of better crop are a lot higher than most would like to think. 13 billion is not longer a record crop.
Now the good news for the bulls. Weather forecasts and current conditions are hinting at the best chance of yield reducing heat and dryness since 2012. I don't know that you can really call that good news because a lot of people will suffer.
Bottom line is there are some big concerns but there is also a very real possibility that we raise another huge crop. | |
