n.c.iowa | I've been sprayed a couple times in my life by a plane.. damp is the description I would use, water wringing damp, no. but damp none-thee-less. I mean if there isn't some kind of wetness, how does the spray solution make it into the canopy? maybe if it's dry like you say, then maybe planes aren't doing the job we need to have them do to properly distribute the solution into the canopy?
