I assume you are referring to me. The beans were not to harvest. The idea was to see if the beans would feed nitrogen to the milo. The common knowledge is the beans fix nitrogen to grow and then that nitrogen is later released as it decomposes. A new theory is that the plants can actually share nutrients through mycorrhizal fungi associations. It was easy to do usually the middle row is applying urea. Had beans in the tank already so just planted them out and then put in urea.
