I have a 10 spd Eaton-Fuller Auto-Shift 465 hp Volvo and like it fine, this is my 2nd truck with Auto-Shift. With the wide flat torque curve in newer engines I don't think you really need 13, 15 or 18 speeds. I'm pulling a hopper out of fields farm bin sites and elevators.
Which truck trans. for novice drivers?
