| This diet is no sugar, no gluten, no dairy, no alcohol, no caffeine. Might even have to give up nightshade foods like potatoes and tomatoes.
What are some things that can be eaten? We are running out of ideas and getting burned out fast on spinach and chicken salads. So far, it's lots of meat, nuts like almonds (no peanuts - potential mold issues), fish and leafy green vegetables.
Gluten free breads and wraps are very dry. GF pancakes are all right, but there's not much that can be put on them. Even the almond butter that was supposed to be a substitute for dairy and syrup sugar has sugar in it. |
